The Recovery Protocol Kit is the ultimate in recovery. This is designed for those who had a recent injury or surgery or even those who want to optimize recovery after workouts or endurance events. Each OptiFuel packet in the Recovery Protocol Kit contains 25 grams of high-quality whey protein, plus 3 grams of leucine, glutamine, collagen, omegas, curcumin, and essential vitamins for recovery. The amino acid content is higher than that found in most protein powders and specifically supports muscle and healing. Our protein is gluten-free, non-denatured, made in the USA and Informed Sport tested. Each kit contains a 4 week, 3, or 6-month supply of OptiFuel and a branded shaker bottle. The kit is similar to the Surgical Protocol Kit, but does not include OptiCharge.

How to use it

  • Start once you are eating again after surgery or an injury: one OptiFuel packet a day, between meals, mixed with 12 to 16 oz of water, milk or non-dairy milk.
  • Keep going through your recovery and physical therapy. The 3-month and 6-month kits cost less per day if you plan to continue.
